He was predeceased by : his parents, Alexander Grindlay and Jessie Grindlay (Wanless); and his sisters, Margaret and Eleanor. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Grindlay (Buhrendorf); and his daughters, Nancy Grindlay (Lew Abrams), Beth (Wes Walton) and Amy Iozzo of Las Vegas, NV.
