She was predeceased by: her husband John McIntyre. She is survived by: her children, John P. McIntyre (Michele), Maureen J. McIntyre (Bernard Jakubowicz) and Eileen A. Hughes (Edward); her grandchildren, Eamonn Hughes, Erin Hughes and Jillian Jakubowicz; and her great grandchild Caidence Hughes.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Anna's honor.
