Frances M. Providenti Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2023, at the age of 85, Frances M. Providenti of Port Washington, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Frank Celandano and Anna Celandano; her husband Anthony Providenti; her children, Karen Puritano, Anthony Providenti Jr., David Providenti and Joy Levine; her children-in-law, Erin Fitzpatrick, Donna Providenti and Adam Levine; her grandchildren, Hannah, Troy, Allison, Abby, Jack, Jason and Oliver; and her sisters, Connie Rossini and Marion Kulisan.

After the pandemic, Frances and Anthony moved back to Port Washington where they lived until the time of her death.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to The Double Dip Fundraiser benefitting people with Down syndrome and the IDEAL School of Manhattan (alma mater of Frances' grandson) promoting individualized and inclusive education at Donate Now | Summer Double Dip 2023 by LuMind IDSC Foundation (givelively.org) (https://secure.givelively.org).
