He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel C. Jones and Elizabeth Jones (Weingart); and his brother Daniel Jones (Ann). He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann; his children, Michael Jones (Liz) and Colleen Hazelton (Rick); his grandchildren, Michael (Maura), Zachary (Billy), Sam (Shannon), Matt (Aurelia), Harry, Grace and Charlotte; and his brothers, Robert Jones (Francine) and Tom Jones (Susan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Peter of Alcantara Church (1327 Port Washington Blvd, Port Washington, NY 11050). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nassau Knolls Cemetery (500 Port Washington Blvd, Port Washington, NY 11050).
