Richard C. L'Esperance Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard C. L'Esperance of Port Washington, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 30, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his sons, Richard L'Esperance (Ashley Hill) and Eric L'Esperance (Tanya); his grandchildren, Natalya, Perry, Richard, Hunter, Reese, Evan and West; his significant other Dolores Mendreski; and his siblings, Gerard L'Esperance (Constance) and Celeste Plueger (John).

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fairchild Funeral Chapel (1570 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, NY 11030). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St Peter of Alcantara Church (1327 Port Washington Blvd, Port Washington, NY 11050). An entombment was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Nassau Knolls Cemetery (500 Port Washington Blvd, Port Washington, NY 11050).
