He is survived by: his wife Mary Flanagan (Laird); his children, Christopher, Kate (Richard Whitney), Sarah (Lee Bush) and Martha; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Marina; and also, Eugene and Annie Perry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
