He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Geraghty and Jean Geraghty; his sister Jane; and his pets, Mickey and Minnie.

He is survived by : his close friend Carol; his son Thomas Jr. (Melinda); his grandchildren, Amelia and Ryan; and his sisters, Claire and Sheila. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
