He was predeceased by: his father John W. "Jack" Rutterman; and his sister Linda Emick. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth A. "Betty" Crosson Rutterman of Portville; his significant other Mia; his sons, Ty Warner (Tamara) of Portville and William Rutterman of Crystal River, FL; his stepson Jared Warner (Nicole) of Rixeyville, VA; his grandchildren, Adelyn Warner, Jackson Warner and Hannah Warner; and his brothers, Doug Rutterman (Brenda) of Portville and Dan Rutterman (Pam Franklin) of Morganton, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Casey, Halwig & Hartle Funeral Home (3128 W State St, Olean, NY 14760). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers are gratefully declined, and memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
