He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Bartlett and Jessie Bartlett (Wyne); his former wives, Lora Phillips Huto and Betty Kennedy Chase; his wife Emily Harriet Farns; his daughter Sara Ann; his grandchildren, Steven Bartlett, Jr. and Rachel Bartlett; and his siblings, Winifred, Arthur, Francis, Pauline, Howard, Donald, Martha and Helen "Marie".
He is survived by: his children, Katherine Robertson of Massena, Diana MacWilliams (David) of Parishville, Priscilla Stark (Arnold) of Potsdam, Steven Bartlett (Tonya) of Potsdam and David Bartlett, Jr. (Janet) of Colton; and his brothers-in-law, John Bartlett (Linda) of Potsdam and Keith Bartlett (Susie) of Portageville, NY. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
