He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Joseph and Rosetta Ann DeCilles (Jock); and his brother Anthony DeCilles. He is survived by: his children, Ryan of Massena and Rebecca DeCilles of Massena; his granddaughter Lily R. Green; and his siblings, Mary Myers, Kathy Skelly (Andrew), Peter DeCilles (Debbie), Brian DeCilles (Tammy), Tom DeCilles (Jean) and Kevin DeCilles (Grace). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Louisville Landing (829 State Hwy 131, Massena, NY 13662).
