It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josefine Schober (Potsdam, New York), who passed away on February 23, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Horst Schober; her siblings, Karl, Ladi, Rudy Kropelnicki, Olga Hassler and Franziska Bronicki; her great grandchild Jonathan; and her parents, Franz Kropelnicki and Helene Kropelnicki (Tyron).

She is survived by: her extended family, Martin, Joan Schober, Dekalb, Erwin Schober, Heidi, Fred Soucis, David and Vicki Schober; and her niece Trudy White of Potsdam. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
