She was predeceased by: her husband John Hough; her brother Stan Smith; and her parents, Stanley Smith and Bertha Smith (Sharlow). She is survived by: her sons, Randy LaValley (Trish LaPierre), Allan LaValley (Darcia) and Rick LaValley; her sister Helen Pierce; and her grandchildren, Sarah Hartmans (John Benson), Dustin LaValley (Kiona), Taylor LaValley (Jordan Roberts), Blake LaValley (Riley Kranick) and Rylan LaValley. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
