It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie W. Miller of Potsdam, New York, born in McAlester, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 4, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Jo Cooke Welsh and Lynn D. Welsh; her close friends, Keith Gates and Dr. Lonel Woods; her husband Lane; her children, Ben and Sarah; and her sister Sarah.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Aaron Quarles, Charles Shelton and Lindsay Bartik; her uncle Wilbur Welsh; her aunt Elizabeth Welsh Ellis; and her cousin Cindy Goebel.
In lieu of flowers, the family will be accepting donations for a memorial at Crane.
