Lawrence J. Patnode Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lawrence J. Patnode (Potsdam, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 6, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Patnode and Theresa Patnode (Bova); and his daughter Melissa Patnode. He is survived by: his children, Deena Monroe (Jennifer) of Massena, Jay L. Patnode of North Carolina, Andre Patnode of North Carolina and Danielle Patnode (Joe) of Massena; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Jayden Patnode and Eran McDonald; and his siblings, Marlene Perham (Harold) of Malone, Diane Covell (Bruce) of Fishersville, Virginia, Melanie Lemire (Mario) of Constable, Richard Patnode of Malone and Allan Patnode (Rick) of Albany. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to St. Peter's Parish and register as an organ donor in honor and memory of Larry.
