She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Rotella; her grandchildren, Jenessa Rotella, Kelsey Farnsworth, Morgan Farnsworth, Brianna Farnsworth, Rylee Farnsworth, Mason Farnsworth and James Rotella; and her sisters, Barb Fuller, Cinde Johnson and JoAmiee Charleston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
