It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas P. Forget (Potsdam, New York), who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas P. Forget to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mother Jean M. Forget (Waltz); and his sister Deborah Jean Forget. He is survived by: his father Ulrich Peter Forget of Poughkeepsie; his children, Shannon Forget (Corey Foster) of Massena and Andrew Forget (Cora) of Winthrop; his son-in-law Joseph Latimer of Massena; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Latimer, Benjamin, Amelia Forget, Aleesa Latimer, Andon and Ryker Forget; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Sue Forget of Potsdam; his sister Amy; and his brother-in-law Ron Watkins of Poughkeepsie. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home (100 N Main St, Massena, NY 13662). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Sacred Heart (212 Main St, Massena, NY 13662).
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider memorial contributions to be made in his memory to St. Peter's Outreach Ministries Food Distribution Program.
