He was predeceased by: his father Homer McEwen; his sister Lana Morse; and his mother Mae Delosh McEwen. He is survived by: his wife Debra McEwen; his son Richard McEwen (Katie) of Massena; his sisters, Sandi Sadetsky (Rick) of Florida and Debbie Neal of Colorado; his grandchildren, Luke McEwen (Emma) of Potsdam, Kodda McEwen of Massena and Mark McEwen of Massena; and his brother-in-law Don Morse of Baldwinsville, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Knapps Station Community Church (3035 Co Rd 47, Norwood, NY 13668). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Beach Plains Cemetery.
