Goulette Jr. of Poughkeepsie, New York, born in Oneonta, New York, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Richard; and his sister-in-law Leticia Goulette of Endwell, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Noreen Carlough; his children, Michele Howard (Patrick), Dianne Quinlan (Daniel) and Thomas (Mara) of Red Hook; his grandchildren, Thomas Howard (Brailey), Emily Simmons (James), Ellie Gall (Daniel), Liam Quinlan (Liv) and Hope Goulette; his great grandchild Tucker Simmons; and his brother-in-law William Carlough (Kathleen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
