He is survived by: his parents, Perry Monroe Sr. and Betty Monroe; his brother Perry Monroe Jr.; his daughters, Jacqueline Monroe of Albany, NY and Makayla Monroe of Albany, NY; his siblings, Pastor Ruth Faircloth (Bishop Max Faircloth), Ronald Monroe of Highland, NY, Gina Boone (Elliott Boone) of Charlotte, NC, Brenda Monroe of Tampa, FL and Terry Jerome Monroe Sr. (Ulster County); and his wife Concetta Monroe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
