She was predeceased by: her parents, William Taylor and Pauline Taylor. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Stephen Schmidt of Brooklyn and Heidi Mills of Poughkeepsie; her grandchildren, Taylor Espinoza, Ryan Espinoza, Colin Gibbons, Ava Gibbons and Georgia Gibbons; and her sisters, Paulette Eckhart (Rand) of Florida and Debbie Eller (Tony) of New Jersey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Poughkeepsie United Methodist Church (2381 New Hackensack Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603). A repast will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Hall.
In lieu of flowers her family requests donations be sent to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, P.O. Box 27106, New York, NY 10087-7706 whose compassionate staff supported her and her family for many years.
