He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Carr of Massena; his sons, Craig Millard (Kristin) and Paul Millard (Anne); his grandchildren, Cam, Quinn, Riley, Emily, Maddie and Colin Millard; and his brother Edward Millard (Darlene).
