He is survived by: his daughter Elisa Kojtari (Dorian); his granddaughters, Ella and Alina; his son Anthony DiCapua (Amber); his grandchild Aubrey; his siblings, Gino DiCapua (Lois Palomba), Maria Dolce (Steven), Deborah Garbellano (Rocco) and Sandrina Hall; his nephews, Christopher Garbellano, Vincent Garbellano, Dominick Garbellano (Elissa), Joseph Dolce (Isabelle) and Andrew Dolce; and his niece Emma Hall.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William G. Miller & Son Funeral Home, Inc. (371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Martin de Porres Church (118 Cedar Valley Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603).
