He is survived by: his wife Kathy Greene; his daughter Annie Lee; his son-in-law Christopher Lee; his sons, Neil Banks (LeeAnn Matthews), Poco Greene and Timothy Banks; his grandchild Neilly Banks Jr. (Neil); his daughter Rylee Banks; his pet Shadow; and his sisters, Mary Mitchell and Sarah Wangstand. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
