She was predeceased by: her father Donald Empert Sr.; her sister Tammy Empert-Sullivan; her sister-in-law Cynthia Anson; and her niece Rachel Empert. She is survived by: her husband Leslie Curtis; her children, Rana Curtis (Tyler Calmar) and Lyle Curtis (Amber Swartz); her mother Linda Mohamed; her stepmother Connie Empert; and her siblings, Mark, Donnie, Jerame Empert and Kellie Empert. She is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
