Horvat; her son John; her daughter-in-law Jessica Horvat; her daughter Lisa Horvat; her grandchildren, Christina, Chris, April and Aidan; her brother Ralph Mondello; her niece Kristina Mondello; her sister-in-law Janet Horvat; her cousin Sara Koshofer; and her close friend Karen Simon. She is also survived by numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews.
