She is survived by: her granddaughter Macashyn; her daughter Michelle Cusa (Frank) of Davenport; her stepson Butch Butler (Patti); her grandchildren, Garrett Ong of Sacramento, CA, Vivian, Charlotte Butler and Joanna Murphy (Matt) of Clinton Corners, NY; her great grandchildren, Adrianna, Michael Smith and Clover Murphy; her sister-in-law Susan DeRosa; and her sibling's children, Lori Amick and Jeff DeRosa of Bethel.
