He is survived by: his children, Barbara Wright (William) of Dumfries, VA, Haywood Lyons Jr. (Sharon) of Poughkeepsie, NY, Juanita Lyons of Poughkeepsie, NY, Glenda Gibson (Christopher) of Rochester, NY, Mary Burrell (Craig) of Richmond, VA, Earlene Lyons of Poughkeepsie, NY, Michelle McKoy (Isaiah) of Poughkeepsie, NY and Peter McZeal of Rockford, IL.; his sister Mary Alice Lyons of Brooklyn, NY; his son-in-law Jimmy Wright of Poughkeepsie, NY; his brother-in-law Joe Lee Smith of Brooklyn, NY; and his cousins, Ethel Marie Tillery and Ann Jones. He is also survived by other siblings; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
