With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen J. Forte (Poughkeepsie, New York), born in Sharon, Connecticut, who passed away on May 1, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Foley and Mabel Foley; her husband Charles Forte; and her son Dr. Charles Forte III. She is survived by: her son Edward Francis Forte (Terri) of Groton, CT; her stepson Spencer; her sister Eileen Peterson of Sharon, CT; and her pet Lilly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
