She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess G. Tucker and Eula Mae Tucker (West); her husband Anthony "Tony" Perrotta of Poughkeepsie, NY; her grandson Michael Perrotta; her siblings, Dorothy, Imogene, Willis, Bob, Jesse, Billy Ray, Roger and Charles; and her siblings-in-law, Bobbie Tucker, Darrell Short and Wanda Mertlik.

She is survived by: her siblings, Wanda Short of Springfield, OR and Michael Tucker (Donna) of Poteau, OK.; her children, Anthony Perrotta III (Phyllis), Pam Dimisko (Alan) and Billy Perrotta (William); her grandchildren, Andrew (Talia), Laurie (Wooseok), Steven and Nicole (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Leo, Eliana and Gemma; and her sisters-in-law, Jackie Moyer and Pauline Perrotta. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
