He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mallory and Lucille Mallory; and his siblings, Russell, Kenneth, David Mallory, Barbara Robinson, Janet Mallory and Gloria Mallory.
He is survived by: his sister Darlene Mallory of Hyde Park, NY.; and his sibling's children, Adriana, Jordan, Maya and Duane Mallory.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hampton INN & Suites (2361 South Rd, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601).
