He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Shea and Mildred O'Shea (Galbraith); his wife Theresa DeGilio (Terri); his sister Marilyn Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy O'Shea, John F. DeGilio (Skip) and Barbara DeGilio (Frace).

He is survived by: his children, Robert O'Shea (Bob), Kathleen A. Schibanoff, Denise M. Watson (Patrick), Kevin J. (Diane) and Christopher J. O'Shea; and his brothers, John O'Shea, Richard E. O'Shea (Cathy) and Thomas O'Shea (Annaliese).
