She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Robert Gerald Rugar; her parents, Gordon Mergendahl and Nellie Mergendahl (Baldwin); her siblings, Gordon Jr., Eugene, Joseph, Mary Ellen, Thomas, Sandra, David Janet and Robert Rugar; her children, Robert, Charles (Donna), Fredrick (Tessie), Eva Abbott (Anthony) and Beth Ann Jerman (Gregory); her grandchildren, Corey (Lacy), Jennifer Satterly (Don), Christopher, Destinee, Chuck, Sara, Billy, Joey, Clarissa Abbott (Roberto DeJesus), Nicole Morales (Juan), Adam Jerman (Roy McFadden), Joshua Jerman and Alicia Miklavcic (Brenden); and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Acelynn, Avery, Wyatt Satterly, Amora Morales, Dante Morales, Deslin Morales, Brianna DeJesus and Dylan DeJesus.
