She was predeceased by : her parents, L. Roy Coakley and Esther Coakley; and her son James Vosburgh. She is survived by : her husband Stephen; her sons, David Vosburgh (Terri) and Mark Vosburgh (Lydia); and her sister Barbara (Rodney Sluyter). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren as well as 3 nieces and 2 nephews.

Jeannie regularly donated to a variety of animal rescue and aid organizations.
