Jean N. Baulsir Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean N. Baulsir of Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stearns H. Whitney and Margaret J. Whitney (Gaspar); her husband Elmer F. Baulsir; her siblings, Stearns Jr. Whitney (Jeanne), Robert Whitney (Dottie), Donald Whitney (Pauline) and Audrey Greenquist (Paul); and her sister-in-law Alice Whitney.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Baulsir (Barbara Foucault) of LaPine, OR and Thomas Baulsir (Amy) of Gansevoort, NY; her grandchildren, Jennifer Grazian (Peter) of Vancouver, WA, Melissa Warford (Michael) of Oregon City, OR, Jonathan Baulsir (Deborah) of Glen Allen, VA, Kathryn Baulsir (Joe Marshall) of Kattskill Bay, NY and Brian Baulsir (Erin) of Gansevoort, NY; her great grandchildren, Hannah Grazian, Tyler Brewer (Stephanie), Nicholas (Emily), Zachary, Brendan Warford, Teagan, Braelyn, Bryce Baulsir, Malarie Schoonover, Clayton and June Baulsir; her great great grandchildren, Lillian and Easton Brewer; and her siblings, Barbara McLaughlin (Joseph) of Kingston, NH and David Whitney of Red Hook, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Jean enjoyed volunteering with the Moreau Fun Band, Warren County Tourism Bureau, and RSVP for Warren, Washington and Saratoga counties.
