Jennifer E. Lackaye Sanda Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer E. Lackaye Sanda (Poughkeepsie, New York), who passed away on September 29, 2022, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, John Lackaye and Patricia Lackaye (Palmatier); her husband Steven Sanda; her children, Teagan and Derek; her brothers, Dan (Sarah), Tom and Bill; and her pets, Charlie and Chloe. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
During the first wave of COVID, she volunteered to work in the ICU to care for critically ill patients.
In lieu of flowers, Jen requested donations to be made in her name Neurendocrine Cervical Tumor Registry (NeCTuR) at MD Anderson Cancer Center or the local SPCA.
