It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne M. Paternostro of Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Giocondino Paternostro and Pellegrina Paternostro; her sister Rosemarie; her brother-in-law Joseph DeVito; and her sibling's children, Jeffrey DeVito of Westbury, Debra (Gerard Brooks) and Poughkeepsie. She was also cherished by many cousins, and her two cats.
