With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John R. O'Hanlon in Poughkeepsie, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 23, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin O'Hanlon and Kathleen O'Hanlon (Castello); and his brothers, Michael and Marty. He is survived by: his wife Louise O'Hanlon (Antle); his children, Christopher Ennis (Shirley), Oby Ennis (Rhonnie), Janet Figa (John Pucek) and Lorraine O'Hanlon; and his grandchildren, Kristy, Kathleen, Michael, Olivia, Justin, Courtney, Rebekah, Thomas, Luke, Priscilla and Jake.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cargain Funeral Homes Inc. - Carmel (10 Fowler Ave, Carmel Hamlet, NY 10512). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
