He is survived by: his son Thomas Moustakes (Ashley DePolito); his grandchildren, Ben, Nicholas and Sophia; his siblings, Athena Moustakas, Letsa Moustakas Mirones, Dena Moustakas and Harry Moustakas (Patricia Magurno); his siblings' children, Daryl, Kristen and Joseph; Pamela Moustakas Pleasant Valley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
