With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John T Lysko (Poughkeepsie, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 30, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lysko and Christine Lysko; his wife June Porter of Mary's Church; and his sons, John Lysko Jr. and David Lysko.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Hoch; his grandchildren, Sarah Taylor and Josh Hoch; his daughter-in-law Traci Lysko; his granddaughters-in-law, Nicole and Kathryn Lysko; his daughter Elizabeth Avello; his grandchildren, Alexandra and Avery Avello; his children, Laurie Flynn (Patrick Flynn), Jonathan Flynn and Christine King (James King); and his granddaughter Hannah King. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a donation to Dutchess County Hospice or American Cancer Society may be made.
