He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Borland and Doris Tuthill Borland; and his son Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Bartle Borland; his sons, Steven Borland (Meghan) of Pleasant Valley and Matthew Borland (Caitlin) of Charlottesville, VA; his sisters, Nancy Conroy (Tom) of Newburgh and Jeanne Chute of Center Harbor; and his grandchildren, Emma, Amelia, Kellan, Caroline and Andrew. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
