He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Benbow and James Benbow; and his siblings, James Benbow Jr., Juanita Benbow Newton, Joann Sanjurjo, Jeanette Benbow, Jacqueline Jenkins, Deborah Benbow and Jean Benbow.
He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Benbow; his wife Karen Dixon Benbow; his sons, Jonathan Benbow Jr., KisJuonn Benbow and KiJuan Benbow; his stepchildren, William Dixon, Justin Dixon and Ciara Dixon; and his siblings, Joseph Benbow of Richmond, Dennis Coleman of Chester and June Hardy of Amityville, NY. He is also survived by seven granddaughters, eight grandsons, 2 greatgrandchildren.
