He was predeceased by: his parents, Onnolee Carmody (Scott) and Joseph L. Carmody; and his brother Scott. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline of Highland, NY; his children, Holly, Ryan of Florida and Patrick (Bianca) of Florida; and his siblings, Jill Conklin (Brad) and Dale (Jorge Sidron). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, nephews and nieces.
