It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julio E Ronda in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Julio departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Julio may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Julio leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Ronda and Maria Ronda. He is survived by: his children, Victoria Ronda and Joseph (Marissa Ronda); his grandson Joseph Ronda Jr.; and his siblings, Mario Ronda, Maria Ronda, Raphael Ronda and Magdalena (Juan Acosta). He is also survived by his family, friends, coworkers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Timothy P. Doyle Funeral Home (371 Hooker Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the MHA of Dutchess County Veterans Program—a cause Julio cared deeply about and devoted himself to in his later years.
