She is survived by: her family, Missy, Lady and Scarymom; her sister Cathy; her brother-in-law George; her siblings' children, Charlie, Danny and Tommy; her brother Michael; her nephew Jake; her sons, Eddie (Courtney) and Stephen (Netta-Jane); her granddaughters, Tabitha and Isabelle; her daughter Amanda; and her feline defender Adelaide. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Karen requested donations to be made in the name of her beloved nephew, Danny Sweeney, to UCP of Central PA.
