He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his siblings, Bobby (Liz), Joan (John), Jamie (Kathy), Richie (Colleen) and Rie; his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Adam, Reese, Lydia, Piper, Christina, Cameron, Novalee, Noah, Naomi, Grace, Shane, Cari, Jake, Dylan, Richie, Ellie of Hudson Sarah, JJ, J'Niyah, Jonah, Liam, Emma and Bram; his in-laws, Dan, Jodi, Michael, Cathy and Jamie; and his nephews, Joshua, Joel and Aaron.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Calvary Chapel Academy in Michael's memory.
