He was predeceased by: his father Michael O'Reilly; and his brother Stephen O'Reilly. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Kennedy O'Reilly of Poughkeepsie, NY; his daughter Kimberly Cerniglia of Albany, NY; and his brothers, Patrick J. O'Reilly of Poughkeepsie and Dr. Brian O'Reilly of Queens, NY.. He is also survived by 2 nieces, 1 nephew, cousins, friends locally and many aunts, uncles, cousins.
