She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Gwendolyn Harle (Candee) and Stanley Harle; her husband George J. Kieley; her siblings, Patricia McQuillan of Wildwood Crest, NJ and Stuart Harle of Moore, OK; her children, Lisa Roberson (Roger) of Highland, Steven Kieley (Barb) of Frankford, DE, George Kieley III (Nanaz) of Avon, CT and Christopher Kieley of Poughkeepsie; and her grandchildren, Schuyler, Annalise, James and Delaney.

“I knew Norma only for the five brief weeks that she was able to return to her apartment, after essentially a year long fight to get back there. But fortunately, I met Norma and spent time with her during those five weeks , as a companion care provider, and saw her joy, her spunk, her gratitude, and her expansive love for family, friends, and life itself. I believe that Norma and I became fast friends, which I am deeply grateful for. Sincere condolences to Lisa, Delaney, and family.”
