It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pe James G. Tate (Poughkeepsie, New York), who passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Pe may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He is survived by: his wife Emma; his daughter Meghan Tate; his son-in-law Ivan; his grandchildren, Aiden and Olesia; and his caregivers, Kelly, Faviola, Wendy, Paris and Chynna.
