He is survived by: his significant other Michele Warg; his children, Nicholas Churchwell of Kerhonkson, Brandon Churchwell of Kerhonkson, Kristy Cannizzaro (Bryan) of North Carolina and Bobby Churchwell of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Maddie and Theo Cannizzaro; and his sisters, Sherry Winder and Linda Owens of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Pine Bush Cemetery (6075 US-209, Kerhonkson, NY 12446). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at the Elk's Lodge.
