She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Napoli and Stella Parren Napoli; her son David J. Palazzolo; and her brothers, James and Joseph Napoli.
She is survived by: her husband Frank A. Palazzolo; her children, Rosanne Prandoni (Richard) of Indian Trail, Frank J. Palazzolo of Poughkeepsie and Mark A. Palazzolo (Cheryl) of Poughkeepsie; and her daughter-in-law Andi Palazzolo. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
